Surya Milk Products Private Limited is under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) per the order dated 06.01.2025 by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench (Court - II), in accordance with section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
In this course, the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal has appointed Mr. Shamsher Bahadur Singh having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-003/0341/2021-2022/13623 as an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to oversee the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Surya Milk Products Private Limited (Corporate Debtor).
